We are looking for dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic VAT & Tax professional to join our amazing team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking all VDS & TDS before approval.
  • Daily and Monthly sales, purchase, rebate entry, statement submission.
  • Ensure daily basis updates and proper documentation.
  • SD, VAT, VDS & TDS challan making and deposit.
  • Cash deposit of SD and VAT as and when required.
  • VAT reconciliation of VAT book and with system record.
  • Checking all the bills against import.
  • Ensure proper entry in the system related to VAT & Tax.
  • Proper knowledge in Price declaration (4.3).
  • Daily bank transaction related to VAT & Tax.
  • Local purchase challan and VAT rebate document maintain.
  • Mushok 6.6 & 6.7 issue to suppliers.
  • Calculation output VAT & SD.
  • Ensure store related documentation for Customs, Excise and VAT queries.
  • Preparation of VDS & TDS report.
  • Income Tax audit documents prepare and management.
  • Issue & Provide TDS certificate to suppliers, dealers, clients and employees.
  • VAT rebate documents management, maintain and documentation.
  • Local & Expat’s TIN certificate preparation and Tax calculation.
  • Monthly TDS statement report preparation and management.
  • Any other tasks given by the senior or management in need basis.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirement:

  • Hons / BBA / MBA in Finance & Accounts.
  • CA-CC (Partly) / Accounts professional will get preference.

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in corporate/ construction/ real estate or group of industry related organization).
  • Proficiency in using financial & accounting systems.
  • The applicants having experience in the following area(s) will get preference:
  • VAT & Tax related deep knowledge.
  • Budgeting and Costing.
  • Accounting rules and accounting applications.
  • Tax and VAT related calculation and management.
  • Finance & Accounts related management reporting.

Others Requirement:

  • Exceptional computer skills, MS office related applications including Microsoft Excel (is must) and database management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong mindset to work under pressure and Team Player.

Job Location:

Head Office, Panthapath, Dhaka

Salary:

Attractive salary package (Negotiable, Depends on experience and capabilities)
